Drug & Alcohol Training
This series discusses requirements established by the FMCSA for a CDL drug and alcohol clearinghouse, some basic guidelines and how to use them, other resources for drug and alcohol training, required regulations, required testing, and failure to comply. It also discusses the development of a written policy and its requirements, including prohibited behavior, testing procedures, policy communication, recordkeeping, documentation, confidentiality, testing laboratory procedures, and calendar.
