The Ultimate Defense
As the number (and amount) of nuclear verdicts continue to climb across North America, we knew we needed a way to help protect our clients from predatory plaintiff attorneys. With payouts in the multi-millions of dollars, many smaller trucking companies were one accident away from closing their doors.
We turned to Steven Setliff, one of the best trucking defense attorneys in the nation. Over the course of his career, Setliff has successfully defended numerous companies from nuclear verdicts that would have put them out of business.
The Ultimate Defense covers:
- How Drivers should conduct themselves in the event of an accident
- What to do and say when communicating with authorities
- A look at the strategies that plaintiff attorneys will use, and how best to counter them
- Advice for how to best build your defense proactively, and ways to improve your company’s public face
This specialized training content package features hours of legal advice drawn from a career that spans decades. Put Steven Setliff’s experience to work getting your company better protected in an increasingly litigious environment.
Small Fleet Training
Our powerful online learning management system has helped thousands of clients and delivered over a million training sessions. However, we know that smaller fleets need a tailored approach to training.
To that end, we developed our Trucking 52 program: specialized training content for companies with fewer drivers who still have a strong commitment to safety.
The Trucking 52 program focuses on:
- Best Driving Practices
- Driving in Extreme Weather
- CSA Basics
- Hours of Service
- Pre-Trip Inspections
- And More!
The Trucking 52 program has helped many of our smaller clients get their safety programs in line with their company values, lowering their CSA scores and keeping their drivers and cargo safe.
Sexual Harassment Prevention
Infinit-I’s roots are in the trucking industry, but we’ve branched out into safety training for other sectors over the years. We’ve produced training for school buses, OSHA, warehouse safety, and human resources.
As we grew in experience, we realized that a lot of our clients needed state specific sexual harassment prevention training. While the training we had on the books met federal guidelines, certain states have very strict regulations for training.
To help our clients in those states, we put together a comprehensive package of specialized training content for Sexual Harassment Prevention. The training meets requirements from the strictest states like California, New York, and Illinois.
It covers:
- Employee Training – How to spot and report sexual harassment
- Bystander Training – What to do if you see it happening
- Supervisor Training – How to handle it if it happens
Our training meets criteria for interactive online training, third-party record keeping, and content requirements so your employees can with confidence.
Dan Baker
Infinit-I’s Dan Baker Cultural Relationship Program is designed to enhance the relationship between truck drivers and dispatchers. This relationship is crucial for improving driver retention and overall company morale.
As part of our specialized training content, the program focuses on communication, cooperation, and professionalism, providing tools and training to dispatchers on how to effectively manage and support drivers. It fosters a positive company culture and ensures that drivers feel understood and valued, leading to lower turnover rates and higher job satisfaction.
Companies that have implemented this program report benefits including:
- Reduced Recruiting Expenses
- Increased Dispatcher Productivity
- Improved Driver-Dispatcher Relationships.
The program also addresses both proactive and reactive management strategies. Dispatchers are trained to handle routine stressors and more serious incidents, such as accidents or injuries, by maintaining calm and following company policies. This dual approach ensures that dispatchers are prepared to support drivers effectively during both everyday challenges and critical situations, ultimately contributing to a safer and more supportive working environment.
Entry-Level Driver Training
A few years ago, Infinit-I saw a growing need for truck drivers. In fact, it’s part of how we came to be. As we expanded into training for schools, passenger vans, and more, we put together specialized training content focused on helping drivers obtain their Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
Our Entry-Level Driver Training packages include training for:
- Class A Licenses
- Class B Licenses
- P, S, and H Endorsements
Our fast, effective training can help potential drivers get their CDL and get on the road in a fraction of the time. Get your new career started today.
