What is your name, job title, company name and location? 

Kimberly Holt and I am a project manager for DSI in Harrison, AR. 

What are the most important takeaways from Boot Camp? 

I think one of the most important takeaways from Boot Camp was just getting to know Infinit-I, the software, what we would utilize it for, how we’re going to utilize it, what importance it’s going to have, and what it’s going to do to improve our safety division and communication with our drivers. Just the whole legality of, you know, trying to protect the company, protect our drivers, get everyone home safely and just reiterate that training with them. 

How did you train before Infinit-I and how has your training changed since working with us? 

Before Infinit-I, we utilized a Tenstreet to do a lot of our training, pushing out prerequisites before orientation. Now we anticipate utilizing a lot of customization, uploading some of our own, really personalizing the videos, really personalizing the education so that we reach our drivers, and it really makes the impact on them. 

And if someone is on the fence about coming to Boot Camp. Where would you say? 

Come, it was a lot of fun. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Enjoyed meeting everyone. Got a lot out of it, got a lot of individual questions and answer segments that I really appreciated. A lot of questions that were asked, I hadn’t thought of, so it was good to hear in that group environment some of the other questions and some of the other concerns that other companies had that we hadn’t thought of and so it brought that to the table.
