What’s your name and who are you with? 

Nate Buckingham with Webster shipping out of Tulsa OK. 

What is your favorite thing about The Infinit-I Workforce Platform? 

The versatility, it’s the ability to go in, find a find a learning module in the LMS, get it to the right person at the right time and they’re able to continue on their work. There’s not a break in it, so probably the convenient side of the of the training.

What is your favorite thing about Vertical Alliance Group they come?
Their customer service, they’re real. You know, if they don’t have an answer, they’re not going to make something up. They’re going to. They’re going to say, hey, we don’t know we’ll get back with you on that. The fact that I can just pick up the phone call and bother any of them at any time is something that that I absolutely enjoy. 

What is your most important take away from The Partner Roundtable?
I think getting a group of people of like industry together, we realized that our problems aren’t just our problems and the fact that I can listen around with each with each company that’s represented at The Roundtable I can see. Oh my gosh, I’m not the only one going through driver shortage, I’m not the only one going through retention issues and so just being able to understand that I’m not alone in this industry. I’m not alone with these issues and these problems, and I have somebody to fall back on and then the networking is great. Getting to know other people and bouncing ideas off of them and then saying hey this has worked for me has just been an incredible experience. 

If someone was on the fence about attending The Partner Roundtable, what would you tell them? 

 I would say go ahead and get off the fence. You need to be here. You need to show up. You need to express your concerns. You need to express what you’re going through as a company. Lean on others that are going through the exact same thing, and then maybe done a different approach to it. No man is an island, and there’s absolutely no need for you to be an island. Get involved, get connected and be a part of this outstanding group.
